Who Can See the People or Winning Patterns Analytics Tabs?

Overview

Spotlight.ai Analytics includes four tabs: Impact, Adoption, People, and Winning Patterns. Not every user sees all four tabs - visibility depends on your tenant's license and your role.

Do all tenants see the same Analytics tabs?

❌ No. Impact and Adoption are available to every tenant. People and Winning Patterns are only available to tenants with the RevOps Analytics license.

Who can see the Adoption tab?

Admins and above can see the Adoption tab, regardless of whether the tenant has the RevOps Analytics license.

Who can see the People and Winning Patterns tabs?

These tabs are only visible on tenants with the RevOps Analytics license, and only to Supervisors and above.

Why don't I see the People or Winning Patterns tab?

This usually means one of two things:

Your tenant does not have the RevOps Analytics license, or
Your role is below Supervisor

If you believe you should have access, check with your System Administrator to confirm your tenant's license and your assigned role.
