Enable access to Spotlight.ai Analytics
In order to use Spotlight.ai Analytics, users must be granted access to it and then add the tab to their Sales app in Salesforce. The permission assignment must be performed by a System Administrator. After that, users should be able to add the tab themselves.
Steps
- As a System Administrator, login to Salesforce and go to Setup -> Permission Sets.
- Search for the Permission Set Spotlight.ai Connector User then click on its name.
- In the Apps section below, click Assigned Apps.
- Click Edit.
- Check the line labeled spai.Spotlight.ai Analytics (spai__SpotlightAiAnalytics).
- Scroll back to the top and click Save.
- Click the dropdown button next to Assigned Apps at the top of the page and select Apps / Object Settings.
- Scroll down to Spotlight.ai Analytics and click the hyperlink.
- Click the Edit button.
- Check both Available and Visible then click Save.
- Ensure your users have the Spotlight.ai Connector User Permission Set assigned.
At this point, your users can add the Spotlight.ai Analytics tab to their Sales app in the normal manner.
