Version 3.13: Introducing the Spotlight.ai Analytics Dashboard (Beta)

We are pleased to announce the launch of the Spotlight.ai Analytics Dashboard beta version, now accessible directly within Salesforce. This new page offers Sales Operations a centralized view of deal outcomes, pipeline health, execution quality, and representative performance, utilizing Spotlight.ai signals applied to your Salesforce data.

This marks the initial release of the Analytics page and sets the groundwork for more in-depth, actionable sales insights.


What’s Included in This First Release

The Analytics Dashboard comprises a set of fundamental charts across four key areas:


Deal Outcomes and ICP

  • ICP / Wins Analysis - Highlights which Spotlight.ai Question answers are most strongly associated with winning deals.
  • Loss / Slippage Analysis - Identifies the top contributing signals behind lost or stalled deals.

Pipeline Velocity and Risk

  • Average Time Spent in Each Stage
  • Average Time to Win by Deal Size
  • Average Time to Lose by Deal Size
  • Win/Loss Probability by Stage

These perspectives aid in recognizing friction points, late-stage risk, and forecast confidence across the sales funnel.


Stage Execution and Activities

  • Activity Impact by Stage
  • Activity Impact by Stage (Normalized)

These charts illustrate where execution holds the greatest leverage and which activities or signals carry the most significance at each stage.


Rep Performance and Qualification

  • Reps Ramp Up and Pipeline Strength
  • Reps Qualifications Accuracy
  • Team Ranking

These perspectives help Sales Operations assess ramp progress, qualification accuracy, conversion effectiveness, and overall team health.
