What's New

Spotlight.ai now automatically syncs Champion and Economic Buyer (EB) contact designations to Salesforce Opportunity Contact Roles (OCR). When a rep or Spotlight.ai identifies a contact as a Champion or EB, that role is written directly to Salesforce - no manual data entry needed.

More broadly, Spotlight.ai also discovers contacts from meetings and emails and creates them in Salesforce, adding them to the relevant Opportunity Contact Roles automatically.

Key Highlights

  • Auto-sync to Salesforce OCR: Champion and EB assignments in Spotlight.ai are automatically created or updated as Opportunity Contact Roles in Salesforce.

  • Full contact discovery: All contacts discovered from meetings and emails are created in Salesforce and added to OCR - not just Champions and EBs.

  • Works for manual and AI-detected assignments: Both user-assigned and AI-detected Champions and EBs trigger the sync.

  • Organization-level setting: Admins enable or disable from Admin Settings - Integrations - Salesforce.

  • Bi-directional: Changes flow from Spotlight.ai to Salesforce and back.

  • No backfill: Only assignments made after enabling are synced.
