Version 3.15: Exclude Domains from Email Intelligence · May 2026

Spotlight.ai now lets you exclude specific email addresses and domains from Email Intelligence tracking — reusing the same exclusion list you already use to keep Notetaker out of meetings.

What's new

• Any email address or domain in your existing Notetaker exclusion list will also be excluded from Email Intelligence tracking.

• Emails are excluded when the address or domain appears in:

• the FROM line, or

• the TO line, when the excluded address/domain is the only recipient on the TO line.

• CC and BCC are ignored for exclusion.

No additional configuration is needed if you already maintain a Notetaker exclusion list — the same list is now honored by Email Intelligence.
