What's New

Spotlight.ai now sends managers and stakeholders a weekly Executive Summary Email (Beta) - a high-level digest of their teams' key opportunities, deal progress, risks, and next steps. No login required. Managers get the insights they need directly in their inbox, generated automatically from meeting transcripts and deal data in Spotlight.ai.

Key Highlights

• AI-generated opportunity summaries: Each email includes 2-3 sentence summaries of what was discussed with the customer that week, drawn from meeting transcripts - deal-relevant only.
• MEDDIC and Spotlight Score at a glance: Visual indicators of deal health are included for every opportunity.
• Smart filtering: Only accounts with meetings in the past week, closing within a configurable window, are shown - prioritized by deal size.
• Configurable by admins: Frequency, account count, and close-date window are all tenant-level settings.
• Opt in/out per user: Individual users can control their subscription from their profile settings.
