Version 3.15: Write Champion and EB to Opportunity Contact Roles · May 2026

Spotlight.ai can now automatically write Champion and Economic Buyer contacts into Salesforce Opportunity Contact Roles (OCR), keeping your CRM in sync with the personas that matter most on every deal.

What's new

  • When a contact is identified or marked as a Champion or Economic Buyer in Spotlight.ai — manually or programmatically — that contact is added (or updated) on the corresponding Salesforce Opportunity Contact Role.
  • Behavior is gated by a new per-tenant feature flag, so admins choose whether to opt in.
  • Changes flow both ways: Spotlight.ai writes Champion/EB to Salesforce immediately, and Salesforce role edits flow back into Spotlight.ai the next time the parent opportunity is edited or reopened.
