Who Receives the Meeting Summary Email

Overview

After a meeting is processed, Spotlight.ai automatically sends a meeting summary email to the relevant internal stakeholders who have the AI-Assisted Profile assigned.

Who Gets the Summary

The meeting summary is sent to:

• The opportunity owner (if the meeting is associated with an opportunity) - provided they have the AI-Assisted Profile assigned.
• Every internal invitee on the calendar invite who has the AI-Assisted Profile assigned - whether or not they actually joined the meeting.

What This Means

You will receive a meeting summary if you were invited to the meeting on the calendar and have a Spotlight.ai AI-Assisted license - even if you did not attend.

Users who are not on the calendar invite will not receive a summary, regardless of their role or access level in Salesforce.
