Research where the deal lives
With AI-Generated Fields, admins define standardized research prompts once. AEs can then generate answers instantly inside their deal - without leaving the Opportunity screen.
Each AI-Generated field is powered by Spotlight.ai’s Research Agent, which searches verified websites only and automatically populates rich-text fields with structured, high-quality responses. No copy-pasting. No external tools. No guesswork.
Built for consistency and scale
Because prompts are defined in advance, every AE gets the same type of answer-formatted, scoped, and structured consistently across all deals. This makes it easier for sales leaders to review opportunities, compare accounts, and trust what’s in the CRM.
If the response isn't perfect, AEs can chat with the Research Agent, and regenerate a response at any time and choose whether to replace the existing content or merge it with new insights - keeping account data fresh without starting from scratch.
Transparency you can trust
Every AI-Generated response includes a Sources icon that shows the websites and references used by the Research Agent. This gives AEs confidence in the output and makes it easy to validate details or dive deeper when needed.
All selected responses are also visible in the Evidence pane, allowing the team to easily review what was shown and when the search responded.
