Logging in to Spotlight.ai with Sign in with Microsoft

You can sign in to Spotlight.ai using Sign in with Microsoft. This allows you to login securely using your Microsoft work or personal account - no Spotlight.ai password required.

Go to the Spotlight.ai login page:

Click Sign in with Microsoft

This button appears below the standard username and password fields.

Choose Your Microsoft Account

You’ll be redirected to Microsoft’s sign-in page.
Select your Microsoft work account you want to use with Spotlight.ai.

If this is your first time logging in, Microsoft will ask you to approve access for Spotlight.ai Technologies Inc.
Click Accept to continue. Note: this step will fail if your IT organization restricts use of Sign in with Microsoft to authorized organizations. If this is the case, please create an internal request with IT to authorize spotlight.ai websites for Sign in with Microsoft.

Spotlight.ai only requests:

Your basic profile (name, profile picture, username)
Your email address

Spotlight.ai does not access your Microsoft password.

That's it, You’re Logged In 🎉

After authentication, you’ll be redirected back to Spotlight.ai and logged in automatically.

Next time you need to log into Spotlight.ai, just repeat step 2 (click the "Sign in with Microsoft" button) and you'll be automatically logged in.

Common Questions & Troubleshooting

Issue:

I get an “Access denied” or “Unauthorized” error, or just stay on the login page after clicking "Sign in with Microsoft"

This usually means:

Your Microsoft email isn’t assigned to a Spotlight.ai workspace
You’re using the wrong Microsoft account (most common issue)

What to do:

Make sure you selected the correct Microsoft account
Ask your admin to grant you access

Issue:

Microsoft keeps logging me into the wrong account

Microsoft may automatically use the account already signed into your browser.

What to do:

Sign out of Microsoft accounts at https://login.microsoftonline.com, or
Open an incognito/private browser window and try again

Security & Privacy

Authentication is handled entirely by Microsoft
Spotlight.ai never sees or stores your Microsoft password
Any multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enforced by your organization
