Integrating Chorus.ai with Spotlight.ai

Spotlight.ai supports integrations with a number of products that generate meeting transcripts including Chorus.ai. This enables Spotlight.ai to analyze the meetings for questions and answers related to Qualification and Value Intelligence. The setup process takes less than 5 minutes.

Generate a Chorus.ai API Token

An administrator needs to generate the API token so Spotlight.ai can analyze meeting transcripts for all users.

  1. Administrator logs into their Chorus account at https://hello.chorus.ai/login.
  2. In the upper right, click the Profile icon then select Settings.

  1. Click Generate API Token in the API Access section of the Personal Settings page.

  1. Copy the API Token you generate.
  2. Go to the Spotlight.ai Support Portal at https://support.spotlight.ai and open a ticket providing the API token to our Support Team.

They will configure your Spotlight.ai tenant to integrate with Chorus.ai.
