Getting Weekly Usage Reports

The following instructions should be used to access the weekly usage reports provided by Spotlight.ai. The reports are generated early Monday morning, and refer to the activity of the previous week (Monday to Sunday).

Generated files

Two CSV files are created:

[CUSTOMER_NAME]opportunities__YYYYMMDD.csv

This file contains a list of all opportunities that are in Spotlight.ai (typically as a result of synchronization). The following columns are provided:

Spotlight Opportunity Id
Salesforce Opportunity Id
Discovery Score
Value Score

[CUSTOMER_NAME]usage__YYYYMMDD.csv

This file summarizes activities such as answering Stage or Discovery Questions and downloads during the reported week. It includes:

Spotlight Opportunity Id
User Name - the person who performed the activity
What - the type of activity performed
Week Starting
Count - number of actions of that type

Accessing the files

The files can be downloaded by logging into https://979438529415.signin.aws.amazon.com/console

In the login form, enter the user name and password you received from Spotlight.ai Support.

Once logged in successfully, go to https://us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/s3/buckets/spai-external-[CUSTOMER_NAME].

These steps can be automated by your data team for ingest into various data warehouse solutions such as Snowflake and BigQuery.
